I recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise, necessitating the cancellation of your appointment. At Aesthetic Beauty Bar, we apply a 50% cancellation fee for appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. For no-shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment, a 100% service charge will apply.

To secure your next booking, a retainer is required. This retainer will be transferred to your subsequent appointment if you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Please note, retainers are non-refundable.

We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. However, arriving more than 15 minutes late means we cannot fulfill your scheduled service(s), necessitating a reschedule and a charge for the planned service.
